Returns & Exchanges


We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy. Unfortunately we can't offer a refund or exchange after 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you don't return in the packaging you will not receive a refund. If you wish to return an item, please email us at Please include the order ID and SKU, item name, and/or description of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. If the return or exchange is authorized, we will then email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing. Rilee & Lo does not accept and is not liable for any returns made without a Return Authorization (RMA).


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven't received your refund in a timely manner, please first check with your bank or credit card company again. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at


We replace items if they are not defective or damaged or if you require a different size, style, or color. If you need to exchange your purchase, please send an email to alerting us and we will send you return instructions. 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate code will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.


To return your product, email alerting us and we will send you return instructions. 

Unfortunately we do not offer prepaid return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning items valued over $100. We don't guarantee we will receive your returned item. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please allow reasonable time for exchanged items to be processed and shipped.
